Jice Johnson

U.S. Army veteran, award-winning business strategist, institution builder, and community economic developer.
For the last decade I have built businesses, programs, and institutions, and I convene partners across sectors to make them last. My work centers on Black wealth and agency, entrepreneurial ecosystem building, and leadership development, all aimed at infrastructure that carries intergenerational impact.

I believe leadership is built through self-mastery, clarity of vision, and the courage to take intentional action, and that the best leaders build structures that outlast them. I infuse the creed Lead by Design into all of my work, and my leadership work develops leaders who can build a world that works for all of us. Two things guide me: integrity in how I lead and serve, and legacy in what I leave for my children and my community.
